Key responsibilities for this role include:

Designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards

. Using Microsoft’s Power BI tools suite to create interactive Supply Chain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. Primary role is to transform raw Supply chain data into meaningful information that can be used to drive business strategies and decisions.

. Understand the business requirements and Supply chain data. Design and develop data models that can effectively support these requirements. Using Power BI, create visualizations that present the data clearly and engagingly, making it easy for stakeholders to understand trends, patterns, and insights.

Data management:

. Play a crucial role in Supply chain data management. Ensure that data sets are clean, accurate, and ready for analysis. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Collaborating with Stakeholders and ensuring data accuracy:

.  Work closely with various stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and data scientists, to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet them. must ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in the dashboards and reports. This involves validating the data and implementing quality checks.

Alteryx Capability:

. Using Alteryx, generate workflows on Supply chain data as defined in project plans to pull campaign mailing lists. Using Alteryx, perform analysis on client data as defined in project plans. Design, create and distribute reports using Excel, Tableau and other analytical tools. Evaluate results to provide recommendations to team members. Conduct database query as necessary to answer key business questions.

Supply chain KPI metrics reporting:

• Work closely with Supply chain project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and Supply chain KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
• Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.
• Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is typically required.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles and proficiency in Power BI and other data tools. Experience with SQL, DAX, and other data languages is also important.
• Should understand data modeling concepts and be able to create effective data models to support reporting needs.
• Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is important as Power BI developers often need to clean and transform data before it can be used.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and working well in a team.

• Knowledge of analytical techniques and statistical principles
• Understanding of relational data structures

• Expertise in accessing, analyzing, and managing customer databases.

• Hands-on knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau
• Comfortable working on complex, data-driven assignments that require the ability to understand and navigate large data structures to manipulate.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, ability to make complex analytics into simple answers.
• Knowledge on SAP systems and Kinaxis Rapid response desirable
• Prior pharma experience and advantage but not essential
